  • Why can’t I read the file I just downloaded?
    If the file extensions are incorrect, you can fix them by renaming the file and replacing the extension with the correct extension
  • When I try to download Tajima or Brother files, I get a screen full of garbled text?
    Some browsers, not all, identify Tajima and Brother files as text and will display them as such. in order to get around this you need to right click on the link and choose ‘save as.’ You will be asked where you want to save the file. The extension, .dst or .pes should be added to the file automatically, but you may want to verify that

  • If you use Netscape to download files...
    The design file you download may have an .asp extension on the end of the file. Rename the file by removing the .asp on the end. Make sure the correct extension is there, such as .dst for Tajima files. If it is not, go ahead and add it.
  • I don’t want to use my credit card on the Internet.
    If you would like to order through the mail we would be happy to help. After processing the order we will e-mail any design(s) that you order. Please make sure to include the design file(s) number(s), format used, and e-mail address. Also, if you don’t have a credit card, we can ship your order COD.
  • Have a special design your looking for?
    E-mail us your idea and be as specific as possible, or better yet, send us the artwork. We could use it in the catalogue and digitize it at a special price.
  • How do I place an order for a design?
    There are several ways you can place an order for designs. Give us a call, especially if you haven’t received our full color catalog, and it’s your first time ordering from us. We keep your credit card information on file for future orders. At that point just e-mail us with the order information we can e-mail the designs as an attachment or zipped file or send it “snail mail.”
  • How long does it take to receive an order?
    Pending credit card validations, orders placed Monday through Thursday during normal business hours (9am-5pm) CST will be e-mailed or shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
