Phone Orders:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Monday through Friday.
 Please be ready to supply all the information requested on order form.

                     Fax, Mail or E-mail Orders:
  After your order is received, we will:
* Review your order an apply any discounts that are appropriate.
* Apply shipping charges and sales tax (for North Dakota residents only.)
* IF YOU REQUEST, we will send you a return e-mail or FAX to acknowledge
  your order and show the total amount due.
* Pending credit card validations, orders placed Monday through Thursday during
  normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time) will be
  e-mailed or shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will
  be processed on the following Monday unless that Monday is a holiday.
* We will not charge your credit card until the order is shipped.

                          Price Policy:
Prices subject to market conditions and may change without notice. Prior sales excluded from all other offers.

             Sales Tax, Shipping and Postage Charges:
We must apply applicable sales tax, shipping and postage to posted prices.

                         Return Policy:
Open packages good only for exchange of same design pack. Must be returned within 10 days of purchase. No refunds or substitutes of opened materials. Please call for a return authorization number.
